For eight years, Patricia Swillens has served as office manager and human resource manager for VA Forensics. Her longevity and subsequent familiarity with the company, coupled with her strong work ethic, assures that every employee receives what they need to successfully serve clients.

She successfully learned the inner workings of the company and has become a go-to team member who understands the whole forensic analysis process and how the company performs. Additionally, Patricia has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Patricia’s prior experience in business and technology allows her to support VA Forensics and the attorneys it serves. She previously worked as the Low-Frequency Array (LOFAR) Project Manager Assistant at The Netherlands Institute for Radio Astronomy, and was a judicial clerk for the 43rd Civil Registry of Sao Paulo Court of Justice in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Patricia is fluent in Portuguese, English and Dutch, and has nearly mastered Spanish.

When she’s not working, Patricia enjoys camping, paddle boarding, watching her kids play sports. She is married with three children and a golden retriever. Many people are surprised to learn that Patricia is a face painter for birthday and corporate parties.
